I'm a return customer of BBC and trust their work.Most recently, I had a non-urgent job that involved a slow draining kitchen sink, swampy smell, gurgling in drain, and dishwasher backing up and leaking - and a new dishwasher ready to install. Appointment made for a few days hence and Josh arrived promptly at 8am on appt day, fully kitted out.My inspection point was not per plans, so poor Josh had to do some incidental gardening in my courtyard with two years of untended weeds - he couldn't locate it despite a fair bit of shovelling (not surprised, it's a jungle out there) but managed to plunge the local drain and get the water running freely again anyway.Removed my old leaking dishwasher that was mounted under the counter on a dyna bolted shelf (grinder required to get the bolts out), and installed the new dw. Josh took the old dishwasher away - one less thing for me to do!Very happy with the outcome and professional service, nothing is too much trouble and I really like Josh's trouble shooting approach - no job too tricky! BBC Plumbing were very knowledgeable and quick to provide a competitive quote on the extensive sewer repair and plumbing work required. They were able to start work quickly and performed the work on time without fuss or complication. The site was left cleaner than when they started and the crew were great to deal with. I highly recommend them, and will call on them for any future work.
If you need a plumber, on time who answers their phone, then give these guys a call. Called Ben yesterday and organised to have my block drained cleared this morning. Josh was on time, friendly and provided a thorough service. He is an asset to the company, thanks Josh!
S.A. Water had shifted our water meter and had made a temporary re-connection as is standard procedure. They had previously advised me that it was my responsibility to get a plumber to make it permanent. I contacted Scotts Plumbing (local) and spoke to Andy who suggested two plumbers. Josh attended and made a thorough inspection of the task by digging around the pipes and joints to suss out what was involved. That impressed me straight away! He then quoted $600.00 and I said yes. He did it there and then and that impressed me also! In the end I only had to pay $480.00 and that was amazing as that was about a 1/3 of the price of the other quote I had been given. Thank you BBC.
Have had Ben out a couple of times now and he is always super professional and thorough. Lots of good advise based on experience. He is not afraid to give you an honest assessment of your situation and will go through all the options to get what you need done. Would definitely recommend. Update April 2022 - had Josh out recently for a new HWS. Very professional, friendly and easy to deal with. Still highly recommend the work by BBC.
